Warm Up Jerseys –
Majority of the parents have voted to purchase warm up jerseys for the girls. So, jerseys have been ordered and will be here in approximately 2 weeks. Jerseys will be red, with 2" Last Name on back and 8" number and a Wolves logo on front.
Suggestions have been made that the parents pay for cost of the jerseys. If everyone could email me back and indicate whether we should add the jerseys to our fundraising or whether each parent should pay for their daughters (approximate cost of $45) jersey, that would be great. If everyone could get back to me as soon as possible so that if I need to collect monies from parents - that can be done this saturday as well - cheques are made payable to Wolves Soccer Club.

I will be handing out the jerseys this Saturday, November 8, 2008, as well as, the player ID cards. These cards entitle the players to 20% off soccer footwear and 10% off all personal soccer needs from Ernie’s.
These ID cards must be brought to all tournaments.

This hotel needs to be booked prior to November 26, 2008, after which time, rooms will be released.)

Hello Again Parents,
I went to Ernies to order the jerseys and there are too many variables for me to make decisions on for what the team wants. So I will be bringing sample sizes to the practice tomorrow and will have each player pick their size. I am assuming that we are going with short sleeve warm up jerseys - but again, will confirm that tomorrow evening. I have been notified that it will also take approximately 3 weeks for delivery of the jerseys.
Again, if anyone has any fundraising prizes or activities, please let us know.

Hello,
We are in the process of setting up a raffle to raise the monies needed for our team this year. To date, Terry Robak has donated a 32" HD LCD TV and Chris Bishop is donating a sports framed picture. It would be nice if we had a couple of other items to place on the tickets.
So we encourage everyone who knows anyone or knows of any business they can solicit for free product to make our raffle more appealing to all would be beneficial.
We intend the draw for the raffle to be December 20, 2008.
I am looking into booking a table at the Prairie Mall for December 5 (friday) as all other friday and saturdays have been booked for the remainder of the year). We will need volunteers (preferably the kids themselves) to run this booth (both Candice and I will be there to help supervise).
Cost of the tickets to be determined and all players will need to sell a certain amount of tickets to enable us to fulfill our fundraising dollars.
If Michelle and Tonya can get back to me in regards to their business sponsors dollars, that would be great.

Cost for jerseys with last name and # on the back will cost approximately $43 per player for a total of $688.00
